1. Returns & Refunds

• Party Daraz does not offer returns or general refunds on purchased products.
• Refunds are only considered if the product received differs from your original order or is faulty/damaged.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only if the item received is not as per the original order.
• Claims for exchanges must be made within:
  • 7 days of delivery for orders within Pakistan
  • 30 days for international orders

4. Important Notes
